This project is a fund raiser for Joseph Wasswa who is in his third year of high school at the Tekera Resource Centre in Uganda. East Plains has been supporting Joseph's education since he was eight years old. Joseph has an older sister Agnes and a twin sister Maria. Their mother died when Joseph and Maria were very young leaving Agnes to be the care giver. The pdf file shows Joseph's report card as of December 2024.
