Many thanks to those who made donations to make this project possible. We now have a new gas fired condensing boiler that is 97% efficient. We also bought a new hot water tank that is heated indirectly by our boiler. We have opted for a maintenance contract with Lancaster heating and cooling; Lancaster installed the new heating system as well as our AC unit in the Sanctuary.
